Joette brings a wide range of experience to her work with individuals, and organisations. Working in human services since 1990, Joette has a Master’s degree in Women’s Studies and Psychology, and is a graduate of the reputable ‘COACH U’ Coach Training Programme, having completed 200 hours of contact time in 2004.

She works with individuals as a personal (‘life’) coach, and also providing coaching in the workplace.

Her work with organisations includes a range of organisational development supports including team building, organisational review, evaluation, training and coaching. She has a particular interest in working within the voluntary sector, as its work is aligned closely with her own personal values.

Joette works with a number of skilled and experienced associates, enabling her to undertake larger-scale pieces of work when required.
